How I work
Treatment Philosophy Aaron utilizes a one-on-one, hands-on, holistic approach. He understands that no patient or injury is the same. Everyone not only requires, but deserves an individualized approach tailored to their specific needs. With a very thorough evaluation of up to 90 minutes he is able to not only identify the current problem, but the likely culprit(s) as well. Using this thorough analysis and ongoing assessment, Aaron is able to develop a plan of care to resolve the current issue, improve movement quality, and prevent future injuries.
Learning To stay on the forefront of movement and health science, Aaron is not only an avid reader, but also class junkie. He has taken over 25 continuing education courses including: Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT), Klokov & Ilyin Olympic Lifting Seminar, Strongfirst Kettlebell, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Range Release (FR), Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (NOI), UCLA’s Mindfulness Course, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Advanced Foot Biomechanics, Feldenkrais, Stanley Paris Spinal Mobilization, Integrative Dry Needling (IDN)
